Red Camellia Blossom

It’s camellia time on Fox Trot Farm!

I am always so excited when customers share their favorite lamb recipes with me, and I’m especially excited to learn new methods of preparing our delicious Fox Trot Farm lamb. Yesterday I met a delightful lady from Peru, who bought our last two shoulder roasts, pre-ordered two of our delicious Frenched racks for Easter, and told me about a traditional Peruvian recipe for preparing lamb for Passover. Just as soon as she emails me the recipe I’m going to try it and, of course, I’ll share it with you, too!

We’ll  be restocking our shoulder roasts after March 12th, although we still have many other cuts in stock.  Hurry on over to the Farm Market page to see what we still have available until then, and plan to enjoy our Fox Trot Farm lamb for the upcoming holiday!
