New Tour Hours for Sundays

***Sunday Tours at 2:00!***

We LOVE Sunday tours here on the farm! We meet so many nice people and enjoy watching the children enjoy the animals and discover new things, like picking up eggs from under the hens in the hen house. (They are amazed that the eggs are warm!)

We had great tours last Sunday. I tend to get so busy that I forget to take pictures, but here are two good ones:

Tour1

Kids of all ages love to feed the chickens.

Tour 2

Peanut Butter sure is a friendly boy!

I must admit that giving a tour is a lot of walking and talking for me, so we decided to find a good time in the middle of the afternoon to have just one tour. We settled on 2:00 on Sunday afternoons. That leaves folks enough time to get here after Sunday dinner and, since the tour lasts about an hour and a half to two hours and folks like to shop afterward, that means that they’ll be leaving here around 4:00-4:30 or so…enough time to get home for supper. We hope this proves to be a good time for most of our visitors.

Of course, if you are busy with church and family activities on Sundays, then we are happy to give tours of our farm during the week, Tuesday¬†– Saturday, for groups of 10 or more. Just call me at 803-804-3541 to reserve your group’s time.

Our farm tours are something to crow about!
